My 2 cents.. When I was a younger man and had a six pack instead of a pony keg for abs, I worked as a assembler/mechanic for a Co. that built power plant, flight, and submarine simulators, my clearance prevents me from saying too much, but the monitoring equipment, gauges, annunciators, etc. I installed on the trainers took two years to complete and the computer systems used to run them were so fast and complex they were water cooled. I never went on an installation (almost to Saudi Arabia because I had the clearance, but no thanks). The training required for the operators was quite intense. Guess who bought one of our simulators after the accident? TMI. Not better late than never. OOPs.

It’s definitely possible for a conversation to drift in real life.

Half the time I forget the point I was trying to make by the end of a monologue.

Then by the time I remember, we’ve changed subjects four times.

Local farm store somehow sells a kit with a vent you pop in a hole you drill with a simple accordion filler tube.

Freaking godsend for tractors where you have to hold the can over your head until it empties. It honestly took 5min to empty my gas can before I deleted the EPA BS.

I think they are able to do it because of the warning: ‘definitely do not drill a 3/8” hole in your new style gas can and pop the included air vent in it.’ When I saw that it made me giggle.
