Bed is off truck, what should I do?

I took the bed off my ranger to finish installed the hangers on driver side and I am wondering if yall have any suggestions on what I should do while the bed is off? I am cleaning the frame and am going to paint it but what else should I do that is accessible with the bed off? Thank you all!

Check the tire pressure on the spare.

Clean and paint the bottom of the bed.

Use anti-sieze on bed bolt threads for easy removal when its fuel pump time

It did have trailer wires but they were ran back to the fuel tank and the stopped so I got rid of them. My truck also doesn't have a hitch and I have a Tundra so no real reason to put a hitch on the ranger. A flatbed is super tempting tho!

Remove spare tire carrier. In it's place, install air tank, regulator and plumbing for your under-hood air compressor.

They're also super useful, and they make cleaning of the rear section of the frame way easy. Doooooiiiiitttttt.

Hell I can do that with my 87 Ranger long bed with the bed on it...there's very little weight back there so in the slightest of low traction conditions you can spin the tires all you want, also doesn't help that is a 4x2 LOL. I kind of want to put a limited slip or locker in my Ranger but with no weight in the ass end I don't think a limited slip or locker would be of much use either...just need to put about 4-500 pounds in the bed and leave it there for the winter.

Not sure how useful a flatbed would be for some, but there's times I wish I had a flatbed, especially if I need to haul something large and/or heavy being able to simply slide it on and off the bed would be nice at times, or for hauling hay a flatbed would be useful. Have it built with pockets so you can build sides for it for the times you want to haul stuff and not have it slide off the bed...oh like maybe your dog not flying off the truck bed like I see happen here in Idaho a lot.

I did that Thursday on my way home. I went to make an aggressive launch to pull out in between two cars (plenty of space to be safe, just didn't want to make the other guy slow down) and didn't realize my back tires were on a bunch of water from melting snow.
