It's near impossible to tell by looking at any o2 sensors. The best way to know is to hook them up and run through the drive cycle governing o2 sensor tests. You can do this with a scan tool or by clearing the PCM and looking up the emissions self-test driving cycles for the rig you're testing with. If they work, your truck won't throw a code; if they don't work, your CEL will come on. Make sure you are running wide band sensors with wide band EECs and narrow band sensors in narrow band EECs or you'll throw codes regardless.

That said; the one at right looks to be in best condition.

What he said, you can't tell if an o2 sensor is good or bad by looking at it. There is a procedure for testing them off the vehicle that involves a blow torch and a multimeter...

Since you have them out, it won't hurt to clean them up a bit with some green scotch brite and spray them off with some break cleaner. Are you getting codes right now? If so, what are the codes? That will help us point you the direction where to go. One thing of note, when I have an O2 sensor code on my 2011, it turned out the driver's side catalytic converter was going bad. Research on the specific code on sites dedicated to Ford Rangers indicated it was a cat problem and not a senor problem. Also, just before the code was thrown, my gas mileage suddenly became much better than it normally would be. A big indicator something was up. I changed the cat, clear the code and the problem was fixed. I also chose not to go with an OEM cat but one from Rock Auto (Walker I think). It was much cheaper than what the OEM Ford one was and hasn't been a problem.

That happened to me a couple years ago. My F250 had been running rough. I put some gas station snake oil in the tank and hit the freeway. Floored it to pass and realized the thing suddenly gained a bunch of power and it sounded so much healthier... Til I looked in the rear view...

I sandblasted the poor little hybrid with 1500-degree catalyst chunks and massive clouds of white powderized hazmat dust. Ended up being a faulty fuel rail pressure sensor that melted all three cats down at the same time. Had my o2s been good, probably would've kept the cats a little longer, so if there's doubt hit RockAuto or a budget parts store for new ones.

generic statement:
oxygen sensors can be tested. you need a controlled source of combustion gasses and test gizmos that monitor how fast they switch states
as the oxygen comes and goes. the switching times gradually increase with use, that throws the computer off because it's receiving "old data".
