This might be more original equipment than I originally thought. My B2 has a mirror attached to the passenger visor that I always just assumed was put there by a PO, never looked at it too close. I thought it was held on by the duct tape that holds the rest of the visor together.
I just went out and looked closely, it is not held on by duct tape, but rather two circles of two-sided tape, and looks exactly like the one in the eBay listing.
I have never seen them in rangers but bronco2s had them, I have seen a few in first gens, they were all loaded automatic transmission trucks though. When I yanked the power windows and locks out of one for my ranger I also yanked the visors out.
