This is a weekend and first of the week update. Maurice picked up leaf spring bushings on Friday, but didn't get to do much because of a balloon glow in town we went to (ofcourse our significant others wanted to go; who are sisters BTW).
With the poly bushings, you have to remove the factory metal sleeve.
Saturday mornings work...
New James Duff brake lines

hyeah:
New u-joint flange...
Yesterday after work Maurice got her on the ground and driving...The u-bolts are 5/8" diameter rod because the shop didn't have any 1/2" rods. I drilled out the spring plates to accept the bigger u-bolt. Maurice will be ordering a new spring plate set soon.
She is setting pretty level now. The ride and the driving with the 4.56 gears and 31's

I drove it last night and it is awsome!
The rear end right now sticks out about 3/4"-1" more than the front with the Explorer 8.8 installed. By the end of next month he will have a Ranger Dana 35 up front, so that will help.
