thats a cool idea. 7 gallons isnt much, but it is cool that he doesnt need to take up any more space with a tank. for a ranger, it might work well to put an aux tank where the spare tire should be.
Thats just a regular 12V demand pump from any motorhome, camper, trailer. I used a friends older F-250 as a lab rat and used a demand pump and boat heat exchanger tied into his cooling system for hot water. You just pull up to any water source (lake, river, stream, ocean, hose bib), hook up the inlet and outlet quick attach hoses and flick on the pump switch. Give you unlimited (truck running of course) hottish water for showers for all the girls you dirtied up the night before. You adjust the outlet valve (ball valve) for how hot you want the water, less outflow means the water is in the exchanger longer thus hotter water. Chicks dig it and so will you when they crawl in your sleeping bag the next night.![]()
i'd rather it be beer, but that's just me
could also hook up a heat exchange inline with the water and the coolant, for a hot shower... for an expo rig, it's great.
Yup , around here It'd be the first thing I tore off in the bush , but still a cool idea for sure !!
