Noticed my tail lights are looking old and faded, so I polished them and applied some wood floor oil, it soaks in and keeps them shiny, now they look brand new!

damn dude, that turned out awesome. i'm gonna do that to mine. i wanna get the euro headlights from LMC for the front as well. what did you use on the drill? a fine buffing wheel of some sort?

Not bad looking there BBII...I might use some of these ideas on mine...was going to go with some sound proofing years ago and now I kinda wish I had...not that I need to hear myself think or anything...:)

Yeah I used a buffing wheel and some plastic polish, and we can all hear you think, Marky Mark.

I finally found a good manual 1354, and the wrecking yard chick was nice enough to paint all over it

Replacing the stupid trans cross member with the rubber bushings for the one that bolts to the frame

Ford and their stupid fawking rivets

BlackBII's white ranger

yeah, i think i removed every single rivet from the trans mount forward on my b2 when i SAS'd it. what a PITA, but I did get pretty good/quick at it.

Rebuilt the rear driveshaft, although with my luck it'll probably still be noisy as hell.

Old axle is out! It was a noisy son of bitch. The pinion bearing sounds like an plane taking off

New axle(well, old, been sitting in my shed for years). 4.56 and a Lockrite

It is leaning to the drivers side. It might have something to do with the fuel tank AND my fat ass always sitting on that side. :icon_thumby:

This weekend I am going to look for some explorer leafs, and perhaps add some longer shackles. I'd really like to get rid of the factory blocks.

Also, the hunt for a two piston'd brake caliper dana 35 continues...not one at any of the local pick a parts...

:icon_welder:

Picked up this little guy from the local classifieds. There is a guy in Lehi doing an SAS on his 93 Explorer, leaf sprung. I told him to join TRS so he can be part of our little garbage RBV club...we'll see if he shows up.

Now, it is not a twin pot caliper axle, which I haven't even found one yet anyway, but, I can always do that swap later. This was great because I didn't have to pull it while laying in gravel at one of the stupid pick-n-pull's around here.

Now I get to clean it up and make it look pretty :annoyed:
