I wouldnt weld them into the frame and rockers or you will crack the cab unless you solid mount it too. But i would cut the rockers off and tuck the sliders up

True, and will remove that ugly cancer spot. If I end up cutting them, it will require some minor sheet metal work. And I really don't have the time to make it look good in two weeks before the Bundy Hill trip. But.....I won't make that decision unroll I have the rockers mocked up and stare at it for an hour. :what:
