Thanks. I modified the pump this morning to push more fluid. Should work great with my Hydro assist setup I'll have

Cool little fact: The E-250 pulley that came on the saginaw pump is just SLIGHTLY different (5-7/8" vs. 5-1/2") so I'm going to end up using that pulley instead of modifying the ranger plastic pulley (hub size is smaller on the OE ranger pulley). I found a list of serpentine belt lengths and part #'s on Goodyears website. I did some measuring, and the E-250 pulley needs a 1.25" longer belt than the ranger pulley. So instead of the belt being 80.51" (ranger 4.0, no A/C) I need it to be 81.76" long which would make me need Goodyear Gatorback belt # 4060815 (81.75" long)

Got my axle welded up today @ work. Preheated to 400 degrees. Root pass with .035 then another pass over it.

Got my narrowed Dana 44 welded up today. Preheat to 450 degrees with a single root pass followed with another pass of .035. I just took a quick pic as an example of the quality. I'm sure you get the idea of what the other three welds look like.

Got a bunch done tonight. Got the pump/bracket aligned and installed. Got my drilled/tapped steering box installed and I got a new power steering pump cooler and installed that as well.

All I need now is a serpentine belt. The belt I need to use when re-using the pulley that came with the pump is from a 2009 Jeep Cherokee SRT8 with a 6.1L.
