a31ford i hate unions to, the only thing i like is the company can't just fire you over nothing they have to have a genuine reason.

I have to agree with you on that one, but DAM, that is a huge cost on the shoulders of the employee for one little perk.
Our Union where I work, (I HAVE to pay into it), cost me 845 bucks last year, plus the 1.5% earning tax on top of that.
