congrats on the pick up. you should probably join a mazda forum though because the b series section here deals with the rebadged rangers, which came out in 94. you sir have a bonafide asian truck haha.

But to answer your question, yes, they made bull bars for these. whether or not they're still being made is beyond my knowledge. try ebay, or a pick n pull.

Actually, our B-series section is supposed to deal with the real B-series and the few body-related differences. Most people think that because their Ranger engine and trans is in a vehicle with a Mazda badge their question can't be posted in the normal engine and trans areas.
