Ordered another set of 1ton tre inserts from ruffstuff along with 7/8x3/4 rod ends and adapters. I have 13 days off for Christmas shutdown so I will use that time to redo the steering. Going to try it with over the knuckle and see if it helps. If the tre won't work right, ill just redo it all and use the rod ends. I still have enough dom left over to make a new tierod if needed.

That would be my plans eventually.
I plan on pulling the axle out to make welding brackets easier. Plus I have to modify the sway bar tabs to make room for the draglink.

I would build some sliders out of 2x4 box, then bring your exo up rights off of those. I really like how Kyle M and 97TrailRig ran the tube through the fender then up the a pillar. I want to do something similar, but my snorkel in the way.

That is the plan, maybe. It has to be functional but simple. Also want to keep the weight down. Basically if it rolls over a few times, I want to be able.to flip it over and drive home.
