your flex problem is the radius arm set up on the front, the way the radius arms are attached to the axle from the factory pretty much makes the front axle
a huge sway bar, i would ditch the idea about longer radius and just build a 3 link, one upper and 2 lowers, and your track bar, that should give you all the flex you will need and then some...
A lot of people run wedge style arms and have plenty of flex, and still streetable.
My arms are only 36" or so with wedgies on one end and Johnny Joints on the other and I flex pretty decent. My shocks are my limiting factor.
