This will blow your doors off!!!!

i would keep the doors for the trails, make the pins removable though, so you can easliy swap the real doors back on, exspecially in the rain.

yeah i agree with pillen, make them removable, i like these but its gota be cold, and its just more worth it to use a half door, and who wants to get wet when they go in a mud bog, i think it looks go though

I was thinking about taking my doors off for the summer time, How hard is it to do and more important: how hard is it to re-align the doors with the body lines?

I would start by checking your state and local laws. Most of the places I know, its illegal to run with your dorrs completely removed, mostly because stuff can easily roll out of the cab. The reason jeeps can get away with it is because there is a 3 inch sill so contain most objects from rolling out. That and the doors are a pretty integral part of the strength of the cab and your safety.

The doors look alot better now. i grinded the welds down and got way better at the welding. i was going to do the pins but my buddy tried them and the doors never really seal up right and they giggle. About the stiffness of the cab, i thought they same but the cab does not flex all that much that i saw. I like them alot personally but everyone is entitled to their opinions. Thanks for the advice too. Ill use it.

i said i didnt like them on that truck, being as its a rounded body ranger, ive always liked them on squarebodys becuase i feel it keeps with the lines/look of the truck.

they look sweet. i plan on maken some this summer, i made hinges with removeable pins along time ago for another truck and never used them. i think they will work great, i drilled out the factory bushings and ran a tube all the way though for the pin to go in so they wont be all sloppy just rideing on the 2 flat peices.

by the way, what did you use for a latch? could you get a pic of it?
