my mom used to put the club on her 94 aerostar... it was stupid, who the hell is going to steal a aerostar....most would think! the damn thing was stolen 3 times! one time they cleaned it out for us! vacuumed and every thing! but they took the seats, so milk crates worked for a couple days, ha ha.

ed be surprised what people will steal, i usta leave my old ranger unlocked cause there was a trick to startin it....i come out one mornin get in start it and go to put it in first and theres NO shifter nob....i needless to say said WTF, and i look farther down and they took the 4wde shifter nob aswell....they were STOCK shifter nobs.....and about 3 months later one mornin i come out and both nobs are sittin on my driver side seat.....i never did find out who took them

some one probably thought it would look cool in there car, and when their mom found it in their room, made them give it back...... little did they know junkyards will almost give them away!

Somebody left chicken poop all over them nice looking tubes! (welding joke). You need to practice a little on your welding or at least grind it down to were they look a little better.
Just a little friendly advice, I'm not intending to be mean.

honestly, i tried to like the tube doors, but on that truck they just dont work for me

at least it looks better than a monro muffler weld! with the wire hanging off of it all over! someone needs to teach those minimum wage workers.

Looks good but I have to wonder why. If I had a dedicated trail rig I might do it but I dought it and yours is obviously still a road vehicle...should a bought heep

Having flopped a few times, I wouldn't want those doors. What I noticed about my seatbelts is that unless you hit something with a thump, they won't hold you in. There are litle pendulums that are resisted by springs. If they overcome the spring they throw a pawl into a gear the locks the belts. All three times that I went completely over I had to hang on for dear life. I would hate to end up with an arm or leg on the other side of that gate. I do not like those at all. A cut down door I could see. Something to give you better vision.

And I agree about the welds. The door is part of the structure of the cab. It's not going to be stiff anymore.

I would toss them and work on a half door. Make a low cut in a factory door using the factory hardware. Keep the top part of the door but get rid of the window and lower the sill 6". I wouldn't want it, but it would accomplish your goal and you could make it to old age with a 4 limbs.
