Quaker stake is definitely a legit place to eat. And there is not very much to go eat at in Akron as far as I'm concerned. Least no solid chain restaurants. There's also a buffalo wild wings in N. Canton.

Well I think it would be nice to set a date that everyone can make it to lol, quaker steak in canton would be cool.

I am new to the forum but would like to do a meet. I have several places that would work and know a few places around here to wheel also.

Wadsworth is a good central area between Akron/Medina/Wooster and for anyone farther away, it is close to all major highways.

If you want to meet at a restaurant, I can arrange that. There is a place right down the street from me, the owner it's a great guy and he does a car show every Sunday with a cookout. $2 burgers right off an outside grill. If I asked, I'm sure he would do a Saturday cook out too.

Or, we could meet at one if the local parks and I'll arrange a pavilion.

Hopefully we did a good job haha, that was a few years before i worked there. Im down with ghost alley, my gfs mom lives on westgate there. Wadsworth actually does seem like a decent spot.

Is everyone ok with a Sunday? Sometime around like 3 or 4? I never work on Sunday's and most companies (not restaurants or stores etc) are closed. Does Sunday work?

Does June 10th work for everyone? We can do the Swenson's in N. Canton on 241 if everyone is up for that. Like 036speed said, it's a drive in joint where you can order burgers, milkshakes, pulled pork, fried bologna (if you're into that), and plenty more. No ribs or anything like that. But the galley boy is a must have.

I'm undecided.... I hope to have my choptop roadworthy by then so the drive isn't really a big deal....

But.... I'll also be a year older then.... part of me wants to celebrate with ya'll and part of me wants to stick around home...
