What size tubing are you using?

2x2x.250 wall......it's left over from the 20 foot stick i had to buy to make my radius arms. still have another 5 foot piece to use on something. it's gonna be stout

almost done with the bumper. just need to burn in a few more places and put some braces in.

just picked up a 22"x4' sheet of 3/16" plate this morning along with some 2"x3"x1/8 wall tube. gonna use it to fab up a winch plate and maybe a new bumper

it looks close, but i think i have about 4-5 more inches that i could go. it will never get more lift than it has now. if i need more room, it's bye-bye fenders

yeah it's flux core too, cant wait til i have some gas.

i actually like flux a lot..along with some anti spatter spray. can weld in 50 mph winds no problem

i've never heard of the anti spray stuff, i'm gonna have to find some of that. do you just spray it where you're welding?

spray it on the tip of the gun. its like 15 bucks for "hair spray" size can and helps alot

looks like 2.5-3.5" i'd say.....i should've measured before and after, but i didnt.

sweet, do you have to keep applying it or does it last for several welds?

I'm sure you could look up a correct way. Bit anything helps. Flux core has spattered like no other. I spreay the tip every foot or so of wire I used. If that gives you a general idea
