A wise man once told me, if you ever want to succeed in life, one of the most important things to know is that everything you own, is for sale, it can always be replaced, and virtually everything is worth more to someone else, than it is to you!
This is true to an extent... The only thing I wouldn't sell is my 1936 ford, because it has now seen either 4 or 5 generations, in my family, and has had either 3 or 4 generations actually own it... It means more to me, sentimentally, in the condition it sits in right now, than anyone would pay for one in mint condition...
