I searched everywhere online for templates or dimensions and couldn't find anything so instead I decided to make some templates using the stock brackets and chose to distribute them to any one else out there that would like to save money and have some fun. I was able to make the bends on the press brake at work but they could always be made from 3 pieces as long as you keep the inside dimension between the peices correct and there will be extra material to cut off the big tab on the big bracket.

If you use my Templates leave EXTRA on that top bolt mount v

TTB Lift Brackets

Spent about 6 hours putting the Brackets in my Rig today and they fit well but if I build another set for my daily driver will have to make the radius of the top/front bolt mount on the passenger side frame rail bracket slightly larger(just incase any one is planning on making some keep that in mind, If you look close enough you'll see I had to burn the hole bigger on the crossmember ) , tomorrow I will be extending the radius arms and making a crossmember to hold them as well as some modification to the coils and buckets hillbilly style. That should be enough to get it rollin again.

Another days work and my rig is rollin again, just a few things left to tweak and I can do the back end. I decided not to replace the transmission crossmember and just weld on some bushing style joints

Nice! This is truly a "built, not bought" rig. :headbang:

Hell yeah man. What thickness material?

For pics, host them online somewhere like photobucket. You upload them to that site, then right click on the pic you uploaded, copy the "location", come to TRS and click on the little mountain icon in the reply box, and paste the "location".

Hey buddy thanx.
I used 1/4" but for the plate I think it wouldnt hurt to go with 3/8"
Also the plate ended up being a little lower then the stock bracket after it was back on so i took a bit off the bottom corner so it wouldnt hit the Diff on compression.

I host my pictures on photobucket. Make sure you NEVER move or organize your pictures after linking them to another site. You end up with broken links.

Rear end is shortened now and it looks WAY BETTER! Even Had a chance to test it out. I think thats pretty much it for the suspension. just need to hook the shocks up and ill start the fun stuff, gonna look similar to the yellow truck when its finished. Wheel base is somewhere around 102"

anyway you could scan those sketches into your computer and email them to me?

That truck looks awesome with the bobbed frame. Awesome spacers... haha!
I don't know if you're on either of the sites, but BC4x4.com and funinbc.com are good places to go to get semi-local stuff for sale. If you need anything that is... like coils... :icon_rofl:
