Then I did a couple things. Added Explorer console, painted grill black, Explorer radiator, Explorer leafs and drop shackles, washers and F150 coils.

Of course after lifting it on my DIY POS lift brackets, I had to try them out and they held up beautifully. Aftermath:

I like posting pics so I'll keep this thread updated. I have "real" 4" brackets in the mail and I just picked up some rims with a better offset for $50. Will post a pic soon.

looks really good Dustin :icon_thumby:

nice start....can't wait to see what ya do next....

we need to go wheelin here soon.....

Yes soon! I just picked up some new rear shocks today. My stock ones are completely extended as it sits now.

Nice B2 man! Any pics of your custom brackets?

Since I don't own a welder, I just cut a piece of angle iron and a piece of flat steel for each axle. Drilled 2 holes in them and bolted them up. Kinda like a drop shackle for leafs. It was only supposed to be for a short time until I could find a deal on real brackets. I didn't think I would have found them a week later though. I wouldn't have gone through the trouble.

My next project

Holy Rotted Rear Batman........:shok:

well, you may need to get a welder to attack that project....or find someone who does...

can't wait to go wheelin.....

New rear shocks in and wider offset rims put on (which allowed me to get a spare finally) so........I had to test them out

Still not much flex in the front. I have not extended my brake lines yet so the F150 shocks stay on until then. Still have to make it home lol.

looks good...where was that at?

Bluegrass. Its in between Darmstadt, Chandler, and Boonville if you know about where that is.

hmm...dont guess i know where that is
