i did an sas with a 03 rubicon dana 44 retaining the 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern. it has a Detroit Locker, 4.88 gears, Teraflex high steer knuckle, Warn manual hub conversion kit, Alloy USA tube seals, Alloy USA chromoly shafts, Sway-A-Way 10" coilovers and a custom driveshaft built by Inland Empire Driveline in Ontario, Ca. i used a 86 Forerunner steering box. i built the y-links using Ballistic joints and bushings, built the tierod, draglink and trackbar.

one of the interior shots is of the CB radio sheft i made that are in the place of the visors.

i had to modify the seat sliders to make the Beard seats work.

as for the rear bumper, i built it a couple years ago but thought id post a pic.

thanks gents. me and a friend did the SAS in 3 working days over a 4 day weekend. thats why i never got any pics of the process.

reworking the sliders for the seats took a whole day to finish.

that is a nice ass truck. i love the rear bumper

too bad im selling the bumper. its just enough money to buy bender, notcher and the right amount of tubing to make a new one.

just might be the pic but i think the back is lower then the front.

do want! hell id almost drive up there and have you do the setup on my 04! once its paid off of course..

Damn it. Somebody beat me to it with a SAS with a Rubicon axle. Sick work man. Got to convince the wife that mine needs a transplant asap.

thanks. but u know some redneck is gonna bash on it saying it wont hold up just because its not a dana 60 or some other type of overkill. to me, a good offroader can make it through a trail without making any body damage or break any parts. thats the true test and thats the way i was brought up as an offroader.

so if you can make a dana 30 hold up, ur the man.
