My bronco ii is sputtering and stalling. New intnk and HP pump...i cant figure out what is going on. The fuel pressure is only holding at 10 to 15 too. Checked the shrader valve and there is air in the fuel rail and quite a bit. What is going on?

You can try this because it worked for me. It's like bleeding a brake line, you have to get the air out of the line for it to run smooth. Use a vacuum pump or whatever to open up the fuel pressure regulator, and either keep turning the key on and off but don't start the engine, or apply 12V to the fuel pump connector at the tank and use a screwdriver to press the schrader valve fitting open, keep doing it until gas comes out of the schrader valve. Once it does, remove the vacuum from the regulator allowing it to close, and it should run smoother. If it doesn't you're either pulling air into the system through a tear in the line or loose connection, or you've got an injector issue or the pressure regulator is failing. I hope this helps!

When this happened to me it was the tank pump not working properly.
It doesn't keep up with the high pressure pump and the vacuum makes the gas boil.Thats what creates the air in the system. You replaced the tank pump did you make sure its getting juice and running ?The strainer and tube not pinched or plugged.
