Curious to see what people use to go camping with they're rangers, trailers, tent trailers, tents...5th wheels (saw a ranger with one the other day:icon_confused:).....the bed of the truck! I'd like to see what you guys use, so please post pics!

Heres mine, for now I have a tent but looking forward to upgrade

On wee lil' 35's....and yes, the trailer has had the axle flipped spring over already.

I have a tent and air mattress that were designed for a Ranger BOX!! Its the best. I only slept out in it once but it was the best! I do not have pics of it set up tho. Wait a couple months haha

Here's an oldie. Man my radius arms were rock anchors. Truck has changed quite a bit, but the camping portion is still about the same. I picked up a tarp that I now put under the tent, and got a 12'x12' easy up I usually bring with me too, along with a couple chairs.

My 4-season camper, terrible pics but you get the idea :)

Most of my stuff fits into the 4 plastic containers that slide underneath the platform. The camper has an interior light, catalytic heater, etc. Easy to setup camp and move on to the next spot if need be. I'm usually relaxing with a beer while others are still just starting to setup tents  :thefinger:

I like to take mine to Turkey Bay.....

No pics, but...

I've slept in the front seat of my '97 (not fun), in the bed under the cap (better) and in a tent (best).

When I sleep in the back of the truck, I've got fabric-covered plywood "floorboards" to soften the bed floor, then a Thermarest and my sleeping bag. If I was about 2" shorter it would be perfect, but as it is I can't quite stretch out full.

EDIT: Guess I do have a pic. Obviously don't have the cap on it in this picture, but I usually only have the boards in when the cap is on.

For tent camping, it's an LL Bean 2-man dome. Great tent- sets up fast, stays dry, keeps me and my gear dry.

No cap on the new rig, which means I'm back to driver's seat or tent...for now. Eventually I'll either put a cap on that truck, too, or pick up a teardrop trailer. Cap is cheaper, but a teardrop is more appealing.

What I hate the most about tents...after a 45 min to 4 hour drive (depending on where I go) you got to spend 30 super frustating moments setting it up, and if your lucky it will rain the last night so in the morning you have to roll up the wet tent :annoyed:

I've got pretty much the same setup as Nor Cal Bronco, n o pictures unfortunately 'cause I didn't think anyone would really care! Haha. But it's pretty sweet to go camp in, that's for sure.
