You Might be a Ranger Fanatic (or Gearhead) if....

When your local salvage yard/garage calls you, to ask "YOU" to work on a Ranger.

When your local salvage yard/garage specifically calls "YOU" to ask a question about what parts will swap between certain years of RBV's.

When your local salvage yard/garage calls "YOU" to answer technical questions about or troubleshoot problems with RBV's.

All 3 have happened. :D:icon_thumby::beer:

If... you only date "ford" girls... and they must know how to pull wrenches.
If... collecting parts isn't a hobby but an obsession.
If... you use your wifes truck and roof racks to pull motors.

I use a cleaned and painted 460 block/heads for a TV stand. Take that you nightstand people! :thefinger: I also use a 4.6 Mod. motor V/C' for a bread box.

If you have cannibalized another vehicle to further benefit your rbv. extra points for proudly displaying multi colored body parts.

You fix up a RBV that doesn't look like it would be worth fixing.

You spend your free time rearranging your tools while staring at your truck trying to think of an excuse to wrench on it.

guilty of those 2 and the one I posted earlier

Here's two that I'm guilty of:

- You've named your Ranger. I call mine the "Flying Eggplant."

- You talk to your truck and apologize if you abuse it. (Guilty as charged!)

You have enough spare parts to build a Ranger.

You have RBV parts in more than 5 sheds/barns.

You have more than 50% of the parts from a RBV that you sold years ago.

You go to the JY and look at every RBV for rare parts and options that your rig didn't come with.

when working on your Ranger and your significant other brings you food you do not even bother to wipe off your oily hands. (Very gently of this)

LOL...I talk to my truck and apologive to her when i hit stuff....im also guilty of setting sandwiches down on my engine in between bites, but its just as clean as my kitchen table..haha

That is either a very good thing, or a very bad thing. Depends on how you look at it.

You have parts scattered over more than 3 different pieces of property....

(Guilty... I still have gear scattered over three and I had four for a couple years before the one got sold and briefly had 5)
