You know, I have always wondered why, when driving down the 55 mph highway behind someone going 40, people make the person (following the inconsiderate slowpoke) who gets pissed out to be the bad guy that is breaking laws. When really, he wouldn't get pissed and break laws if he wasn't being antagonized. So who is more of the danger? The person reacting or the person sitting there poking and goading someone else into a reaction?
Maybe both should be given tickets.
