yet another 2.9 to 4.0 swap?

i am planing a swap from a 91 2x4 auto ranger to a 4x4 5 speed b2 my question is which computer to use and which clutch do i use. and as far as wireing i remove the entire harness under the hood all the way to the computer correct.any help apprecited
