I noticed my bed is hitting the back of the cab and the bed is bolted in pretty tight what other parts are making it do this?

Cab mounts/rubber could be rotted out or could be a bent frame. Crawl under and have a look. Is your cab rusted out?

Ditto. I'd be checking the cab mounts.
If everything checks out mechanically, I have another suggestion, assuming you drive off-road or in very bumpy areas often?
The Ranger (and other models of trucks) are known to have issues with the chassis being bent/twisted while going over bumps/hills or other such business to the point where the bed of the truck impacts the cab a little bit.
Watch this video. Particularly the Tundra. It demonstrates what I'm talking about pretty well.
