I got an annoying problem when my truck goes over bumps it squeaks real bad kinda like two metal pieces grinding together also when the truck is stationary and i turn the steering wheel it makes the same noise. And once my truck gets to 65-75 the steering wheel shimmy's a little bit. But the alignment is fine and i have new tires that are balanced. And i have new brakes all around. And tread is wearing at a normal rate. I don't know what is the matter. I think it could be a bad bushing but i checked them all and i dont see any thing wrong.
If anyone else has had the same problem or know what the problem is please let me know.

For bumps and stuff I would spray the sway bar bushings with WD-40.

For the shimmy at that speed... I can only think to check your tie rods. Mine were going out, but I never really noticed anything wrong at any speed...

I did, however, feel a "pop" every now and then when I would back out of a parking spot. Changing those took that problem away.

Oh, and by checking them, I mean completely take each one out and see how hard it is to wiggle by hand. Be sure to make sure it's got a good amount of grease in the joint if you can pull the dust boot up. I bought MOOG tie rods... I'll never have to worry about those again (for the life of the truck, anyway)

how can you check the wheel bearings with out physically looking at them

Fixed

i sprayed all my bushings with crc penatrating oil for two days with out driving it it must of soaked in real good cause no noise and rides like new
i also got it checked at a suspension shop they said my shit was top notch so im not worried about it

Is that crc stuff petrolium based or silicon based? I think silicon is supposed to be better for rubber than petrolium.
