I think most religions HAD good intentions, but some have been tainted over the centuries by manipulative control freaks.

any situation where you have a set of morals in a book and a small group of people saying they know how to interpret it for you instead of doing it yourself is a situation ripe for abuse.we are all human and prone to error,i'de rather interpret life myself not join someones money/power pyramid

u gotta watch out for thoes non-denonimational churches though, i was going to one and after they started getting bigger, and they got a new huge building,they started turning in to a totally different church, i stopped going, very money hungry and hateful of different kinds of people, and untolerable of different religions.

So far the only negative thing they have ever said was "Image", He spoke of how other churches condoning him because of his image (he does not dress in 3 piece suits). It is just a laid back, come as you are church. They have been there for over 2 years now (that I know of) because they do not beg for your money and the YMCA backs them as well. The preacher even has a 40 hour a week job himself.

There are very very few things that it's in your best interest to buy the extended warranty on. Not sure if this is true, but I read somewhere that they actually make more money off of warranties than they do merchandise. They use a fraction of the warranty fees to purchase an insurance policy on the items, then, even if they do have to repair or replace the item, they're still not out any money.

i had a jvc deck one time....fried it like every 6 months. they NEVER gave me shit about replacing it, never made me buy a new warranty, just replaced it and said "sorry you blew up your shit....again. do you need our installers to put it in this time?"

**** organized religion!!!! im a pagan and proud of it!!!! pagan religions were around long before jesus was and if it wasnt for the catholic church stealing pagan holidays then there would be hardly any christian holidays......if more CRISTIANS actually lived as jesus lived however the world would be a much better place....
