WOW! I want a hummer

I'm gonna be driving the shit outta these here soon :D

If I had the money, I would buy a Hummer (not the Chevy crap).

They may be road barges, but they do very well offroad. They are somewhat low, but they have idependant suspension that preforms very well. And they have lockers in a sense as well (if one tire spins, the brakes are applied to that tire).

Dang, helps if I don't get side tracked... Went out to the garage for a couple hours, came back in and realized I had this typed out, but forgot to hit sumbit...

only thing i dont like about h1's is when you get stuck you have to have big winches and solid things and or other hummers to get out.

if they were 8-15 k in surplus sold to the general public most wheelers would have them and put built engines in them for tow rigs that can rescue...

not because so many guys need enzyte but because they simply are the undisputed heavy weight champs.:thefinger:

its a hummer for shits sake:thefinger:

and i certainly do know they get stuck bad too:icon_thumby:

I would only take the military version, but check out the other videos on that first link........... I want some Mattracks.

oh hell yeah. mattracks are awesome. :headbang:

ive always wanted to take a new jeep or h2 for a test drive and take it through some shit and see how many body panels i can break off and bring it back and tell em "yeah, this aint trail rated"

I aint a fan. I drive the H2's and H3's from time to time at work and hate the dang things. They are a total macho attempt of a vehicle.

ive driventhe military version a few times, they look cool, but not fun to drive. (uncomfortable after being in one for 12 hours)

the H2 and H3 are not Hummers. they are built on a chevy Tahoe frame and the H3 is on trail blazer frame.

the military version and the H1 Alfa Have a utilitarian function besides being good in the snow and an excellent towing/recovery vehicle. The width and the low profile makes for an excellent CofG and keeps it stable in a turn (you have to work at it to flip an H1) wile providing good ground clearance. is it a rock crawler.... not on your life, not near enough flex and its too wide to be a trail rider but for what its designed for (and expedition vehicle) the only way it can be beat is price......... I can think of alot of things to do with $160,000
