Special military base near there. I had friends that spent time there. They didn't really seem fond of the place. Could have been the circumstances of their visit.

I’ve lived here for 2 years now and it’s nothing compared to Colorado. The economy is much smaller and nothing is “close by” as far as shopping etc... basically it’s for retired folks!

I'm trying to get out of L.A.....Sick of traffic and crowds, no parking and lines around the corner everywhere, and weeks of 100+ degree days...and it all costs about $5k/ month for basic living. Been looking into where to relocate, so far anywhere seems better.
