I just started following TRS, and could use some help. I bought my 4.0L Ranger new in 1999. It has been great, requiring minimal maintenance. It now has 147,000 miles on it and has developed a symptom on cold startup. The engine has a slight stumble for about 45 seconds then smooths out. I have cleaned the MAF sensor, checked fuel flow and tried disconnecting the battery to clear the memory, but the problem continues. Once warm, it runs strong.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I don't have any thoughts on your problem, but welcome to TRS. I'm sure someone will chime in with some diagnostic help.
