to prevent Found On the Road Dead, Fix Or Repair Daily
I have a couple of cherry trunks that I left in the woods when the Grand Wag died. The back yard has enough of a slope that I use 4WD when driving on it. I drove the Ranger down to the logs and pulled them out so I can buck them up for stove wood. I used the step and tow hitch. Bumper took the strain, I'm happy, I have a lot of wood to cut. :D

I pulled the frame mounted hitch off the Wag along with the rear bumper. In '11 scrap was going 220$ a ton . I scrapped 5 BMWs and 3 Wags. The 88 Wag was mechanically OK, but the frame was shot from the kick back. I miss the Wags off road ability, but not the work involved keeping it going.:D

You should use that cherry wood for cooking, not heating.
