Wiring horn

Im wiring an air horn and oem to a 5pin relay so i can control it from cab. Quick test of oem horn not working, i just connected the wires from the oem together.
Took the blue wire, black im assuming is ground. Have i done something wrong or does it need to be all wired with the relay?

Do you have the switch to flip relay pins?

I have the switch ready to be wired, i just tried connecting the green and yellow in the pic together to make sure the horn still worked but it didnt. Everything else is ready to connect to relay

So i wired it all to the relay, air horn works but only one horn, and oem doesnt work
