I want to run an elctric fan and need some help. I want to have it turn on and off automatically. Anyone know of an easy way to go about this?

use a temp switch from a car that uses electric fans(virtually all front wheel drive cars)and screw it into a coolant port on the intake.use that to operate a relay for the fan.try to get something from a 90's era car, like a tempo or such,as the newer ones use the pcm to drive the fans.these switches are available from ford with the pigtail connector pretty cheap.i can go into more detail if needed.

:agree: and you might want a switch to turn it off if you do water crossings or serious offroading too
