Fuses arent blown and I tried the troubleshooting method from the tech library. I was just on my way home and they stopped in the middle of the windshield and i reached out and pushed it and they went down but didnt come up can anyone help?

Maybe clean the stem by taking off the button

try tightening ur hold on bolts, that happened on my dads truck where they all of a sudden quit movin but they motor would still work, or the motors broke

Mine only work on the highest setting after it's been raining. Intermittent only seems to work when it's dry, but they haven't been messing up long enough to really be sure if it's a pattern. If you figure it out, I'd love to know (I tried cleaning my switch)

ive got an 88 ranger and mine did that

my situation was the pin that held the arms on the motor broke off and i just had to put them back on the arm that stuck out of the wiper motor.

i hope this helped some:icon_cheers:

nope, looks like a i need a new wipermotor...off to the junkyard thanks for your help everyone
