Wiper Governor for '88 Ranger

I'm trying to source a windshield wiper governor, part number E7TZ-17C476-B, for my '88 Ranger and am not having any luck. Ford doesn't seem to offer the part any longer, and I'm not finding it at any of my usual sources.

Anyone have a source for discontinued parts that may have one of these?

Just keeping searching ebay. They are few and far between but they do come up.
There's another thread here for the same part where I said that I looked for a couple of years and was finally going to get one that was close as I think the module is the same and the harness is the difference so i would swap the harness over. I did that and when I took apart the column I found lots of insulation worn through and I taped up the bad spots on the harness and it started to work again.
