The lady gave me an older "frostblocker" window cover for this upcoming winter weather, seeing as my Ranger sits outside. I assume she got it at Costco.. I thought it was somewhat gimmicky, but honestly it works awesome. I also have a sunscreen that is reverse-sided, silver for summer and black for winter that seems to help somewhat, but the frostblocker makes a HUGE difference.
It fits the Ranger better than any other vehicle we have, and is super quick to setup. I don't know the exact model since they don't seem to have an official website, but It has saved me a ton of frozen hands and scraping. The side mirror covers seem lightweight but they make a world of difference. I feel almost spoiled going out in the morning weather it's frosty, snowy or icy and I can just start the truck, pop off the layers in a min, toss in the bed to dry out and go on my way. Just sharing the experience!
