Like it says my wipers stopped working, and couldnt be at a worse time! its snowing haha I was heading out and flipped the switch to turn them on and they didnt move because there was snow on them. Cleared them off and then turned them on and they did one really slow wipe and stopped at the end. Checked all my fuses and they're all good. Im thinking its the motor? Its got 200K on it. Any help id appreciate! Really just looking for a confirmation on my thoughts.

I'm pretty sure the motor has a circuit built in that prevents them from burning out when they are jammed. I've done that to mine many times over the years and they still worked...might be the switch though...as that is more likely to fry or deteriorate just because it is a single multifunction switch...and they can go out.

You can test the circuit to find out where the power stops...pull the connector under the hood and using a volt meter you should see 4 - 12 volts when the switch is activated (I tested mine this summer but can't remember). If you get no voltage to that switch then the issue is either fuse or switch...or maybe your key is off...which I did a few times. There should also be two fuses...one in the power distribution box under the hood and one inside the dash by the driver door. The 30 under the hood and 10 by the door...check them both as my 10 was blown without me seeing it (mini things).

But if you have power to the switch then it might be the motor has fried...even though it is much less common...the one I have in my 88 cab right now has over 440,000 km on it and it is now working with the 96 wiring harness (6 wires into 4) flawlessly.

Your 95 wiper function is solely within the switch and whatnot to the wiring on the motor...so no GEM module...later years used the Gem module...starting with my 96.
