My BII and I are not getting along with each other this week...Today in the middle of a rain storm, my winshield wipers quit working.....any suggestions?:icon_confused:

blown fuse? Wiper motor quit? Wiper switch quit or needs a good cleaning? I would first check the fuse.

My wipers only work on HI & LO settings(no intermitten) and if you turn them off they stop where ever they are(like in the middle of a swipe). Better than nothing ya, but really annoying when you're trying to plow; use one hand to plow/steer/wipers & other to shift is a pita. I had a little mis-hap when drilling a hole through the firewall(for plow controls), and got a little too close to a piece of electric tape on a few wires. Lost my horn, directionals, and wipers started acting up. Directionals was a fuse. Not sure what the horn or cruise problem is because it comes and goes(can hear clicking at the relay below the steering colum when hitting the horn).

It was a bad ground....the ground screw that the ground wire was attahced to was corroded pretty bad....I cleaned it with PB Blaster and now they work just fine....

on the wiper motor.
