windshield wiper troubleshooting help (1985 Bronco II)

Wipers will actuate when level moved into highest speed, although the speed appears to be slow (new to me truck, so don't have baseline to compare low/high speeds).

Looking to start troubleshooting, and wanted to see if anyone has experience with this issue.

Do you have interval or non-interval wipers. In other words, the ones with the delay feature.
