Hi, so the wind shield wiper fluid in my truck stopped spraying and when i checked it i found that one of the wires were pulled out of the plug. I am trying to reattach it but I am having difficulties. Any advice?

Welcome to TRS!

Yours is probably similar to mine, but not sure. If the tube to the cowl nozzle is too large you may want to just snip the end off and then press it back on. They can get sloppy over time and just fall off if the pressure is too much. The pressure may be due to something like snow or ice covering the nozzle and when you push the spray button it builds enough pressure in the tube to allow it to pop off...

Maybe post a closeup pic of the problem...if you have a camera...

If you're close to Uxbridge I can drop by and fix it for you...if you don't know where Uxbridge is you're excused...lol

pretty sure you can buy a pigtail at your local parts place. cut the old plug off, splice the new one on, good to go.

I thought mine was a pigtail problem cuz it did work. Put the test light to it and bam it was getting power. Took out the motor and omg. Looked like satan bunghole.

Ooops...my, I missed again...lol

Sorry, the wires as suggested can be patched together...the one for the motor in the washer tank is short of odd shaped and you may need to try to patch it as suggested...or go to the wrecking yard (depending on where you are I can suggest good places to go)...they are the same as on the F150s...I took the larger tank from an F150 and plopped it in to replace the orignial...and don't recall having to splice in a different plug for the pump...otherwise, splicing the new plug in is pretty easy to do...

Well you can't buy a new pigtail I tried. The wire just needs to be reattached to the post but its in such An awkward place that you cant just use electrical tape. I tried to upload a picture but my internet connection is being weird.

That may be hard to splice because it is so close to the connector...if you have a scrap yard nearby go and pull one off an F150 or Ranger, maybe even Mustangs...take the old one with you to compare...when you remove the replacement from the junkyard, cut the wire about 4" up to give you a bit of room to play with for splicing it in...not really hard to do if you have a pair of wire cutters/strippers...

You may also want to see about replacing the whole container...the Ranger washer tank is about half the size of the F150 and they are pretty much a direct swap...

here is a pic of the replacement...
