I have a 1985 Ford Ranger that leaks through the windshield, into the cab. Anyone ever have this problem? I need to fix this dang thing but I cannot find the leak! I just had a windshield put in thinking that would fix it but there must be a rusted out spot that I cannot see down in where the wiper arms are.
Also, I pulled the valve covers and found I am not getting much oil through the oiling bar. I have 40 lbs. pressure at idle. I pulled the rocker arm oiler bar and blew air through the oiler hole and it seemed to bubble into the oil pan. Any ideas before I start wrenching on this puppy? The choice, right now, seems to be to pull the heads to see if I slipped a bearing or the oil pump if the pressure is intermittant. At this point...LOL I cannot find anything that shows the oil passages for a 1985 ford Ranger 2.8 4x4, either.
