Windrock in Tennessee

I'll be at Windrock Nov. 4-7. Camping at Windrock Gap Campground. Wheeling Friday and Saturday. There is a rock bouncer competition there that weekend. Will probably spend a bit of time watching that, too.

If anybody wants to join me, you're welcome to. Just show up.

That sounds like fun... it looks like its an 8 hour trip for me.

If I ever want my Bronco II to see any of these off road parks... I'm going to have to buy a tow vehicle and a trailer.

Weather cleared up. No rain. But low Temps in the bottom 30's. Going to be an awesome weekend.

11 hour drive for me... I don’t think I’ll be there. Take lots of pics for us.

Wished I'd been paying closer attention. I've got plans Saturday to be close by. We will be riding at Whitewell Mountain just North of Chattanooga. Have a blast we did earlier this year. Would be an awesome place for the next Roundup

This place has a very nice heated bath house. Heavy frost this morning. I'm pretty sure the Temperature dipped below freezing.

Started the day going to Nemo tunnel. It's a long, curved abandoned railroad tunnel about a 25 minute drive from the park. Inside is not level. There are water hazards. I got a few pix from a nearby park. Didn't take many wheeling pix today. There will be video later. This park is huge. After Nemo tunnel and a penitentiary that is now a tourist attraction, I entered the park from the west side on one of many trails that intersect public roads. Made my way northeast across the park on about 1/2 dozen trails and came out the other side about 4 hours later. I hit some rock gardens toward the end that were a challenge for my truck. Hopefully that was before the camera card got full.

Almost. She looks over at me with eyes that say "That was a big bump!"

On rough stuff, I often reach over and hold her to keep her from bouncing around too much. Somebody needs to do that for me.
