Built by pottsy makes a nice low profile one. Located in Canton Ohio area.
I was going to buy one of his but made one instead. he used to have a pic of one on his site but lookin thru it fast i did not see it.

A friend and i share a winch on a 2" receiver. So i made mine to use that.
Mine:
Buddy Made this one for his '91 GM
Just to give you idea. but yeah, its hard to find bumpers for 89-92 Rangers

heres mine off my 86... fabbed myself in garage...
it has an 8,000 lb. winch and has stayed on the truck through 4 heavy pulls so far..
