Most people make their own or Google it and buy it online. Do a search on this site about it or you can go to www.pirate4x4.com. Nice bumbers there...not really cheap in price and shipping, but a great made bumper.

I seen a tube winch bumper that was being promoted here but I can't find it anymore. I won a new Warn winch at a 4X4 trail event and I need to mount it.

nice looking bumpers! you can make one a lot cheaper tho.. 20 ft of 3 different 1/4 steel flat stock was only $160.. start welding! lol
i think josh40601 has that bumper.. i think its his ranger on the last pic of that pirate thread.. ask him for any details, i'm sure he could answer them
