Will this swap work? 91 Explorer Alloys.

My '98 is going to need new tires here soon, but I have a full set of 235 70 15's on nice 15" Alloys from my old 91 Explorer 4x4. Currently running 225 70 14's.

Any fitment problems running rims from a 4x4 on a 2wd? Bolt pattern is the same and all that?

Rims should bolt up fine.

Fitment of the tires might be a little close (and you might lose a little bit of power), but I suspect you'll be fine (215/70R15 would be closer in overall size to your 225/70R14s).
