will this mazda b roll pan fit on my 94' ford ranger?

No. The B2200 is a different truck. Although if you really wanted to you might be able to make it work with some finessing.

damn that sucks but w/e. i couldnt be bothered on messing around with it unless it was fairly easy. what exactly would i have to do?

Those Mazda parts look to be '93 and older, absolutly no simularities to the Ranger what so ever. That roll pan is a weld in one and is part of the box from the factory and is about 6" too short to even try to make fit your truck.
Ford didn't start building the Mazdas until '94. The cabs were the same but suble differences in the box.
