2006-2007 Ford Ranger OEM Pioneer 6-Disc CD/mp3 Stereo Part #: 6L5T-18C815-AD | eBay

It is matter of, is opening same fit, and will wiring harness work.

I have OEM Pioneer 6-disc changer under passenger seat so far I am not getting it to work
They had a rather, to me, odd arrangement where the signal is passed to the dash unit via the antenna input. seriously.
I might just have a loose connection somewhere
It keeps saying "no" then "DJ" which to me sounds like disc jam but really I don't know and I don't see reference to it in any of the manuals

How tall is the opening in your dash? Generally, it is either single DIN (old style) or double DIN (newer style, twice as tall). I’m not sure if Ford ever used the odd 1.5 DIN. As for wiring, your truck may be about the same as my 97 F150. I can copy wiring diagrams for that and post them later in case it helps.

Nit sure if these will help. But they're probably very close to the same as your truck. Might give you a clue about how things are connected. Don't know why some posted upside- down.

its a 12v car stereo, so pretty much yes it will fit anything 12v, if you want it to. Wire harness adapters may help, if you can find the specific one.

It's a double din and it should fit without issue.

The wire colors are pretty standard, except Ford. Whether it's specific to the Ranger, I don't know. I was revisiting it a few weeks ago when I was fixing my aftermarket keyless entry and accidentally tore my speaker connection so I had to look things up. Since it is for a Ford I'd imagine the harness should line up anyway. Plug and play

I believe No DJ is "no Disc Jukebox" meaning that it can't see the disc changer (disc jukebox) or there is something wrong with it, or perhaps the cartridge isn't sitting properly, etc.
