I currently have some worn the heck out tires and I am looking to get some new ones. The door sticker says P215/70R14 S but reading the tire I have
P205/70R14 S . Will the door sticker size fit? From my understanding the p205 is just narrower than the p215.

where did the p195 come in? im confused.

Apparently 215/70-14 is the original size and it will fit. It was not as common as the 205/70-14 which is probably why they are on the truck, it's likely all the tire dealer had.
Of course these days 14" tires are tough to find in any size. Frankly I'd tell you to look for a deal on some used 15" Ranger or Explorer wheels, it will be easier and maybe cheaper to get tires. Just get a 215/70-15 tire, which is easily found being that it is the OE size on older Town Cars, Crown Vics, and Merc Marquis.

Well I found some BF Goodrich Radial T/A for 77 bucks at discount tire company. I looked for the tire size you mentioned and they seem to be about the same price. I do have some p205 75 r-15 rims from a jeep. But I kinda like my stock rims. Say I did change the rim tire size how would I recalibrate the speedometer.

It wouldn't be enough difference to worry about the speedometer.
I don't think '92 had an electronic speedo yet, so to do it right you're looking at going to a speedo shop and having them tinker with different gears or there might still be an adjustable speedo gearbox you can get.
But like I said, I really wouldn't worry about it.
